‘This work is one of a series of three, integrating Lino block print with embroidered drawing onto a ladies’ linen handkerchief previously owned by my grandmother, its crochet edge worked by her. The title recalls the childhood refrain of “…don’t forget your hankie.’ ~ Christine Druitt Preston 2022.
