Congratulations to Graham Marchant whose two works, Still Life with Poppies and Poppies and Polka Dot Material have been selected for the 2011 EMSLA Still Life Award, to be exhibited at the Coffs Harbour Regional Gallery.
All the works reveal extraordinary levels of skill and the entire exhibition is overall of a very high calibre, said the Coffs Harbour Gallery Director, Dr Leigh Summers.
Now in its fifth year, the award judges are Sydney Morning Herald art critic John McDonald; the CEO of Museums and Galleries NSW Michael Rolfe; the director of the Glass House Gallery in Port Macquarie Sharni Lloyd, and the Director of Manning Regional Gallery in Taree Susan Mitchell.
Exhibition Dates: 18 November 2011 – 14 January 2012.
