Congratulations to Hamish Campbell finalist in the 2016 William and Winifred Bowness Photography Prize for his photograph Nexus – Annex.
The MGA Foundation established the William and Winifred Bowness Photography Prize in 2006, to promote excellence in contemporary Australian photography. With a $25 000 cash prize, the Bowness Photography Prize finalists exhibition has become an important annual survey of contemporary photography in Australia.
This year´s panel consisted of the award-winning Australian filmmaker Fred Schepisi AO, Australian photographer John Gollings and MGA Director Kallie Blauhorn.
