Congratulations to Kerry Johns, for her selection as finalist in the Harden Murrumburrah Inaugural Landscape Painting Prize 2022 with her painting Encounter, 2021, painted in the South Coast Congo area near Moruya, NSW.

The Bendigo Community Bank Harden Murrumburrah Acquisitive Art Prize was conceived shortly before COVID-19 struck, by the board of the Harden-Murrumburrah Bendigo Community Bank. 2022 marks the inaugural Landscape Painting Prize with $10,000 on offer to the winning artist.
The competition is intended to promote Harden-Murrumburrah to the arts community of Australia and to encourage visitors to the exhibition by the selected finalists.
The Bendigo Community Bank Harden Murrumburrah Acquisitive Art Prize aims to develop a significant Art Collection over coming years and contribute to the expansion of opportunities for artists in Australia.

Official Opening and Award of Prizes: 6th May 2022.

Exhibition Dates: 6th-8th May 2022.
Old Courthouse, Murrumburrah, NSW.

2022 Judges were Bathurst Regional Art Gallery Director, Sarah Gurich and President of Southern Tablelands Art, Susan Bridle.
