Congratulations to Ross Skinner, finalist in the 2016 Len Fox Painting Award for his painting The Blue Pool.
Forty-three contemporary artists have been shortlisted in the 2016 Len Fox Painting Award Exhibition, a $50,000 acquisitive award for a painting in sympathy with the work of Emanuel Phillips Fox. Chosen by a panel, the artists shortlisted were selected from 170 entries.
The 2016 judges are Dr Rex Butler (art historian, writer and Professor (Art History & Theory) at Monash University) and Castlemaine Art Museum Director Jennifer Kalionis.
The official opening and announcement will be held on Saturday 8 October, 2016.
Exhibition Dates: 8 October to 31 December 2016.
